Terms of Service
Effective 22 October 2026
Aviq is an advisory briefing aid. It never replaces your operator-approved flight documents, dispatch release or official sources, and it never transfers the authority or responsibility of the pilot in command.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Aviq you agree to these Terms. If you use Aviq on behalf of an airline or operator, you confirm you are authorised to accept them for that organisation.
2. Pilot-in-command authority
The pilot in command remains directly responsible for, and is the final authority as to, the operation of the aircraft. Nothing Aviq says or shows changes that authority.
- United States: 14 CFR 91.3 (Responsibility and authority of the pilot in command).
- Indonesia: CASR Part 91, 91.3 (Responsibility and authority of the pilot in command).
- International: ICAO Annex 2, Rules of the Air, 2.3 (Responsibility and authority of the pilot-in-command).
3. Advisory EFB use only
Aviq summarises the documents you provide. It is not an approved electronic flight bag function, flight planning system or source of operational data. Verify every figure against your operator-approved documents and official sources before acting on it.
4. Provided "as is"
Aviq is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. AI-generated summaries can be incomplete or wrong.
5. Documents you upload
You warrant that you are authorised by your operator to upload, process and share every flight package you provide, and that doing so does not breach any confidentiality obligation or law. You keep ownership of your documents.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aviq and its providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or operational loss, including loss arising from reliance on a summary, a missed item or a service interruption. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable statutory law.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of the Republic of Indonesia, unless mandatory law where you live provides otherwise.
