Privacy Policy

Effective 22 October 2026

Aviq processes your account and flight documents only to sign you in and brief your flights.

1. What we collect

We collect only what the briefing needs.

  • Account: name, email address and role.
  • Flight packages: the OFP and briefing PDFs you upload, and the summaries extracted from them.
  • Voice: microphone audio, streamed for live transcription and replies, and not kept once the session ends.
  • Telemetry: app version, device model, crash reports and service health, without document content.

2. How we use it

To sign you in, extract and brief your flight package, answer your questions by voice or text, and keep the service reliable and secure.

3. Sub-processors

We share data only with the providers that run the service, under their data processing terms.

  • Supabase: authentication and account/profile data.
  • Google Gemini API: document extraction and voice and text answers.
  • Fly.io: runs the Aviq gateway, which holds your uploaded flight package while you use the service.

4. Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. Your current flight package is held on the gateway until you upload another, the service restarts, or we remove it on request; a copy remains on your device until you clear it in Settings. Voice audio is not retained.

5. Your rights

Under Indonesia Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP), you may access, correct and delete your personal data, withdraw consent and request a copy of your data by contacting privacy@aviq.app or deleting your account in Settings. We act on verified requests without undue delay.
